CORRESPONDENCE EPHEMERA, State of Nevada Land Bond Payment This receipt is for a payment on land sold to the State of Nevada per the Land Act of 1873. Under this act the state purchased land from private citizens and in return were paid payments on a bond. This is a great State of Nv financial piece from the last 19th century, dated December 8th 1880. Receipt is 8'x4 inch square. Signed by State Treasurer. Minor age discoloring.
