This early (1867) Nevada assay was for silver submitted by the Manhattan Silver Mines of Austin, Nv.

the assay receipt is about 6 x 8 inches.  There is one fold (horizontally) and one corner a little worn and a small staple hole and crease.  Otherwise in really nice shape. Beautiful handwriting; an early Austin assay specimen and great example of mid-1800's commerce.
